On the Road Basic driving lessons Packages
On the Road Basic driving lessons for New Drivers (Adults or Teens) who have a valid Virginia driving Learners Permit but have no prior driving experience we offer an hourly and package Rates:
- $40 per hour (every visit is minimum 2Hrs long)
- Package price 8 Driving hours $310
- Package price 10 Driving hours $385

On the Road Basic Adults Waiver Program
For Adults (ages 18 and over) that have a valid Learners Virginia Permit who are looking to WAIVE the DMV required 60 days holding period AND BYPASS taking the final road test at a DMV location:
- Minimum 8Hrs of driving hours is required for the waiver program for $310 PLUS Road test waiver certification for $250, total is $560.
Upon choosing the package program with the road test waiver, the adult student will be issued an Adults Waiver Certification. The student can provide the waiver certificate to DMV in person, via mail, or via fax to waive the 60 Days holding periods of the learner permit and the DMV final road skills test.
Upon DMV receiving the student’s certification the DMV will issue the student driver’s license without having the student perform the road test at DMV location, because it was performed with a certified DMV approved (Altima Driving School) driving Instructor.
